Safe climbing on the Illimani
One of the most physical expeditions, with the ascent of 4 summits in 22 days! The climax of this expedition will be the summit of the Illimani at 6 348m (QD), the highest summit of the Royal Cordillera. The Illimani has the reputation of being dangerous; due to snow, altitude and glaciers. Our guides will ensure a safe ascent, and to start with, by taking you through a progressive acclimatization and training programs, taking you first to the Pequeno Alpamayo (5 438m PD), the Condoriri Ala Izquierda (5 532m) and the progression on snow on the Mururata (5 864m F).
The Andes far away from civilization
The Condoriri as the main location of our training is more than ever one of the best protected places of the Andes. An extraordinary landscape: the altitude lake of Tuni, amazing views of the Royal Cordillera... The Andes in pure beauty.
