An amazing 6 000m Himalayan Summit
The summit of Stok Kangri (6 118m) appears gracefully through the window on your airplane by its southern side as you fly towards Leh, the capital of Ladhak. During our acclimatization period, we will visit the picturesque monasteries of Shey, Thiksey and Hemis, before starting our trek in the Markha Valley. We travel through remote villages up to the high Nimalling plain, situated at the foot of Mt Kang Yatze.
Climb Ladakh's No.1 Summit
After having walked across the Kongmaru La pass, we follow a high-altitude path to the Stok Kangri base camp. This 3 day walk will be the perfect occasion to enjoy the incredible views over Tibet and East Karakoram. Although this is a technically simple climb, it is still challenging and interesting. It is a varied expedition that is perfect for those wishing to make their first Himalayan summit.
